If you plan to use out-of-network benefits, we are happy to supply billing statements for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. The out-of-pocket fee would be due at the time of service.

Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) funds can be used toward the cost of therapy session.
